  1. 7.Unheard benefits of Amla Amla is considered to be the king of nutrients. Amala is enriched with Vitamin C. Amla contains all those essential minerals and vitamins which not only keep the body healthy but also work to protect against many diseases. Vitamin C is found in abundance in Amla, which increases immunity and metabolism. Apart from cold, phlegm, Amla does not allow viral and bacterial infections in the body.
