  4. Login to Lenovo Partner Portal • 1) Visit Lenovo Partner Portal http://partners.lenovo.com/ 2) Login using your LPP/Relayware login details

  5. Click on the TRAINING tab and then on Course Catalog

  6. Click on Warranty service and “ACCESS COURSE’’ of Lenovo Authorized Service Provider Training

  7. IMPORTANT NOTES Old 07 certificates will be valid until Nov 30,2012. By that date, all technicians must pass new courses. From the Dec 01, 2012 only new 08 certificates will be accepted and valid. The new certification path breaks each course into 2 modules. Start with first one 08- BP (Best Practices) for short review of general knowledge and then continue with standard one covering technologies and FRU service. Please note that the standard course is not valid without passing BP version.

  8. Password reset In case of forgotten or not functional password, try to reset it directly on the right bottom corner of Lenovo training portal webpage. If the password still does not work please contact lppsupport@lenovo.zendesk.com

  9. How to check technician qualification in MySAP • Log in to MySAP portal with external profile admin access. • Go to External Profile Admin tab, click on Locations and then on View trainings Continue by opening Associated Contacts and choose the technician. Press View Training. List with Lenovo online trainings will pop-up for your selected Location Engineer record will pop-up for you. In upper menu you can see CompTIA credentials If certificate is not automatically shown within 24 hours, please provide copy of certificate to awspprogramwest@lenovo.comfor manual updating
