  2. Enter the following URL in your Web browser:www.edmisscore.org/####/index.asp The ####s stand foryour chapter number In this example, the chapter number is 0408 How do I access my score?

Your Username is usually the first two initials of your last name and the last four digits of your SSN (check with your chapter’s WebIt administrator) Your Password is usually your last name (in lower case letters) Example: Jane Smith with an SSN of 123-45-6789 Username: sm6789 Password: smith What are my Username and Password?

  4. Until November, click the Edit My Contact Information link (after November, Net Promoter will have its own link) I am a Volunteer - How do I find the NPS report?

  7. Review your data. If there is no information, it could be that none of your clients has responded. Volunteer – cont’d
