Lee Weiss – An Introduction • Lee Weiss of New Yorkis a Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor who is also a University of Maryland graduate in Business Administration. • He is also the Chief Executive Officer of two detoxification and rehab facilities – Urban Recovery Center and Elev8 Centers. • Lee is currently working on finishing up his Rabbinical Ordination with Chabad Lubavitch in Brooklyn, NY (2020) and his PHD in Clinical Psychology.
