An Introduction to Lee Weiss • Lee Weiss, the CEO of Elev8 Center is a Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor who has also been a speaker and panelist at the New York Health Care Summit in 2019 and 2018. • He is a member of the Harlem Chamber of Commerce Health Care Committee and sits on the Northern Manhattan Substance Abuse Task Force. • He is also the director of the Elev8 Foundation and the manager of the Urban Recovery Center in Brooklyn, NY.
