  3. REASONS for legalize it. New type of medicine for people to take. abundant supply of it so we won't run out of pill medication. can't overdose on it like alcohol or prescription medication it might help us get out of our nation debt there are many different marijuana dispensaries in the world that help people that don't want to take pills or shots for pain.

  4. The constitution • Legalization • New type of medicine for people to take. • abundant supply of it so we won't run out of pill medication. • can't overdose on it like alcohol or prescription medication • it might help us get out of our nation debt • there are many different marijuana dispensaries in the world that help • people that don't want to take pills or shots for pain • Keeping it Illegal • 9th Amendment- States that the people of the states should decide on any other laws that are applicable to them, therefore we have some states that have medicinal marijuana licenses such as California, Colorado, etc. • Article linking Cannabis dependence to Schizophrenia • 10th Amendment- That all other laws should be determined by the United States Constitution and since it is classified as illegal, it should be illegal in all states,

  5. Prescription versus Natural Drugs • We already have a multitude of prescription drugs that are abused, we don’t need another class of drugs that need to be legalized • People abuse so-called legal painkillers such as oxycodone, vicodin, percocet, etc. Why should we legalize something that could cause such a huge dependency? • Dependence article • We may have a multitude of prescription pills and drugs but cannabis is safer then alcohol or prescription drugs u cant overdose or die from it. • http://www.rollingstone.com/politics/blogs/national-affairs/pot-legalization-is-coming-20120726

  6. Taxes and Money • Like the 18th Amendment onprohibition on alcohol is much like the marijuana prohibition people still use is but the government didn’t get the money from It. • If it is legalized the tax money just might help us out of nations debt. • The taxes that would be raised would only support those who would be in rehab or to house those who commit violent crimes to get money • Safer doesn’t mean safe article
