  1. October 4, 2012 DLT: I can interpret text in order to design a lesson and present the information to the class.

  2. ACT Bell Ringer • Get your clickers. You will complete numbers 5-8 today.

  3. Teaching your chapter • Develop your five questions for the mini-quiz. • The questions need to have at least four answer stems or choices. • Make sure that you include an answer key and the page number where the answer is found. • Mini-quiz is due tomorrow Friday, October 5th.

  4. Teaching your chapter Ideas to teach your chapter: • Power Point Presentation- Have all slides prepared on paper. You will have time (10 minutes) to go to the media center to plug into Power Point on Friday. • Prezi- Have your presentation developed on paper. You will have time (10 minutes) to go to the media center to plug into Prezi on Friday. • Poster or visual representation • Skit/Play/Storytelling • Poem • Game • Graphic Organizer with information from the chapter listed. • If you don’t like these ideas, develop your own. You must include all important information in the presentation. Remember, you have 3-5 minutes to present. Have fun and be creative!

  5. Exit Slip • Give us an outline on what your presentation will look like, What are you planning on doing? What steps are you taking to reach your goal?
