INSPIRE-WISE Discussion • Mutual relevancy clear from meeting background docs and presentations • Find a balance between including thematic reporting requirements in DS vs. keeping it general. • Find the balance (also considering mandatory vs volunteered) • WISE stakeholders to comment on Annex II and III data specifications v2, and check if reporting requirements can be fulfilled • INSPIRE is complex for WISE because of relationship between themes in the context of WISE • Testing • Commission needs to make sure that reporting sheets become INSPIRE compatible • Semantics is topic of major importance • Including list of substances • Communication • Awareness raising (e.g. link with chemical data centre) • Examples • Role of Topic Centres in INSPIRE • WISE data sources of relevance for INSPIRE (2010-04) • Water Topic Centre work programme, includes • Follow-up activity needed • Cooperation and maintenance
