  2. Physical Features • In Luxembourg the climate is an average of 63 degrees in July and about 33degrees in January. It also rarely get hotter than 87 degrees or colder than 15 degrees • Belgium(west) , France(south) , and Germany(East) all border Luxembourg • Luxembourg is located on western Europe in between France and Germany • Climate : In the winter it is mild and in the summer is mild. • the population is 509,074 people • Lac Haute de sure is one of Luxembourg's major river • s

Tourist Attractions • One of the biggest attractions in Luxembourg is the great palace • The Luxembourg palace is located in Luxembourg city • Another thing people might want to see is “Jardin Du" from Luxembourg • Another reason why people may want to go to Luxembourg is because of the great cathedral.

  4. Capital City • The capital city of Luxembourg is Luxembourg city. • The transportation you may use are cars , trains ,airplanes , and boats. • In the capital city you may see one of the highest points on Luxembourg which is the tower of Buurgplaatz. • You may eat is the Luxembourgish.

Culture • Luxembourg got its independence in the year June 9 , 1815. • They celebrate National day which is the birthday Duchess Charlotte on June 23 • They play individual sport such as athletics, cycling , and tennis. In teams they usually play soccer or Olympic games. • Also a special food eaten are Luxembourgish dishes which may contain fish , meat , And vegetables. And are eaten all over Luxembourg.

  6. Language • Everyday language is Luxembourgian which is a mixture of French and German Bonjour means hello in French and you say hallo in German. Au revoir means bye in French and you say bye in French.

  7. Plants • Out of the 1323 different types of plants in Luxembourg Extinct: 7.6% critical endangered:9.2% Vulnerable: 8.2% Extremely rare:6.3% • In total there is about 34.4% endangered animals. • One of the endangered species is the Bromus Grossus.

  8. Extra Facts • Luxembourg is 6 hours ahead of us • Daylight saving time starts last Sunday of march and ends the last Sunday of October . • They sing the “our homeland “anthem. • Luxembourg Is a country that contains a lot of money.
