  2. พฤษภาคม 2557 ทุกทีมนำ และ PCT ส่งแบบประเมินตนเอง ศพค.ส่งเอกสารขอรับการประเมินให้ สรพ. ทีมสารสนเทศ ส่งข้อมูลสารสนเทศ ที่ ศพค.ขอ เพื่อใช้จัดทำ Hospital Profile ส่ง สรพ. แจ้ง คกก.บริหาร แต่งตั้ง คกก.อำนวยการและ คณะทำงาน เพื่อเตรียม Re-Accredit แจ้ง road Map

  3. มิถุนายน 2557 ทุก PCT ส่ง Clinical Tracer ส่งผลลัพธ์การดำเนินงานของทีมนำ เริ่ม motivate องค์กร / แจ้งข่าวสาร การเตรียมการเพื่อรับรองคุณภาพซ้ำ ครั้งที่ 2 16 – 30 ซ้อมแผนต่างๆ : อัคคีภัย + ......... ทบทวน : นโยบาย / แนวทางปฏิบัติ / นโยบาย และเอกสารต่างๆ เตรียม slide นำเสนอผลงาน

  4. กรกฎาคม 2557 นำเสนอผลงานของทีมนำ และPCT รอบ 1 นำเสนอผลงานของทีมนำ และPCT รอบ 2 (แก้ไข)

  5. สิงหาคม 2557 :Reaccredit ซ้อม ถาม – ตอบ ของทีมนำ และ PCT ซ้อม ถาม – ตอบ ของหน่วยงาน เก็บงาน 5ส. และ Big Cleaning Day
