7. تمامیت :عبارت از التصاق ثابت به یک مورال عالی یا ضوابط اخلاقی،تندرستی اخلاقی، صداقت، آزادی از تأثیرات فاسد کننده و یا انگیزه ایکه استفاده میشود مخصوصاً با توجه به اجرای عقود( پیمان)، اعتماد و امثالهم. ویا اینکه درستی و درستکاری را گویند. و یا به عبارت دیگر تمامیت عبارت است از کیفیت یا حالت کامل بودن و یا غیر تقسیم شده را داشتن.یا اینکه تمامیت معنی کمال یا کامل بودن را ارایه مینماید. 10. Integrity is not what we do so much as who we are. And who we are, in turn, determines what we do. • Our system of values is so much a part of us we cannot separate it from ourselves. • The inner-navigating system guides us. It establishes priorities in our lives and judges what we will accept or reject. (Car GPS system; how we used it to drive in a place we did not know; the going right or left questions were answered when we needed to know) • تمامیت فردی این نیست که ما کاری بادرنظرداشت اینکه ما کی هستیم زیاد انجام بدهیم، تمامیت فردی این است که ما کسیکه هستیم تعیین کنندهکار های ماست. سیستم ارزشهای ما بخشی از ما است که ما نمیتوانیم آنرا از خود جدا نمائیم. تمامیت فردی سیستمی استکه ما را رهنمایی میکند. در زندگی ما اولویت ها را ایجاد میکند و حکم میکند که ما چه را قبول و یا رد خواهیم کرد. Without it, no real success is possible, no matter whether it is on a section gang, a football field, in an army, or in an office. If a man’s associates find him guilty of being phony, if they find that he lacks forthright integrity, he will fail. His teachings and actions must square with each other. The first great need, therefore, is integrity and high purpose.” دویت هیزونهاور میگوید : برای رهبربودن باید طرفدار داشته باشید. برای داشتن طرفدار باید اعتماد ایشان را داشته بایشد. فلهذا ویژه گی عالی یک رهبر صداقت، پاکی ومبرا بودن است. بدون صداقت موفقیت در بازی فوتبال، اردوی نظامی، و دفتر کاری امکان پذیر نیست. اگر دستیاران یک رهبر درک کردند که وی یک شخص بی اصول و بی معنی ، عدم خصوصیات صداقت در وجود وی نهفته است، موصوف یک رهبر ناکام است. تدریس و عملکرد رهبر باید با همدیگر تطابق داشته باشد. مهمترین و ضروری ترین ویژه گی که یک رهبر باید برخوردار باشد صداقت و هدفمندی خالصانه و همه گیر است.

Too often people who are responsible for leading look to the organization to make people responsible to follow. • بیشتر اوقات کسانیکه مسؤل رهبری هستند به سازمان مینگرند تا مردم را وادار به پیروی خود بسازند. • They are looking to the outside when their problem is on the inside.
