QUICK ORDER IN NETSUITE

SuiteCommerce Advanced provides a Quick Order feature for shoppers who prefer to quickly search for and add multiple items to their cart. This feature is designed for merchants who allow catalog ordering or provide wholesale products on their site. Quick Order assists shoppers who are familiar with a merchant’s catalog and wish to shop for items by Stock Keeping Unit (SKU), Part Number, or other identifier.<br>

This feature is designed for merchants who allow catalog ordering or provide wholesale products on their site. Quick Order assists shoppers whoare familiar with a merchant’s catalog and wish to shop for items by Stock Keeping Unit (SKU), Part Number, or otheridentifier. Shoppers can access the feature by clicking a link in the header or by entering their Cart and expanding the Quick Add accordion. Using this, shoppers can quickly search for, add, and remove items. Shoppers can also adjust quantities in a list format, as opposed to browsing through theweb store. This feature is only availbale with the Elbrus release bundle of SuiteCommerce Advanced, butyou must perform tasks detailed in Set up Quick Order in NetSuite to ensure properoperation. SET UP QUICK ORDER INNETSUITE To allow customers to search your site for items in a quick order, you must create specificSearch Fields in NetSuite. This optimizes searches by Stock Keeping Unit(SKU). TO SET UP SEARCH FIELDS FOR QUICKORDER: Go to Setup > SuiteCommerce Advanced > Set Up WebSite. Click Edit next to the website you are settingup. Click the Search Index tab and Search Fieldssubtab. Add the Search Fields and search criteriathere ENSURE FIELD SETS AREDEFINED Before the Quick Order feature can function properly on your site, you must exposespecific field sets to yourwebsite.

  2. TO ENSURE FIELD SETS AREDEFINED: Go to Setup > SuiteCommerce Advanced > Set Up WebSite. Click Edit next to the website you are settingup. Click the Field Setstab. Ensure that the Items Searcher: itemssearcher Field Set is in place as definedbelow. Limitations This feature does not supportsubsidiaries. Handlingcostsarenotdisplayedinthesummarytotaloftheorder.
