  4. Test Procedure Fig.1: Clean the sampling area (side of the third or the fourth finger) with an antiseptic solution.

  5. Test Procedure Fig.2: Remove the protective cover by turning and twisting in one movement.

  6. Test Procedure Fig.3: Position it against puncture site. Hold it between fingers and press colored button firmly with thumb to activate. Do not pull away from site until after activation. Collect specimen.

  7. Test Procedure Fig.4: Massage the finger in order to make come out a drop of blood. Put the edge of the strip in contact with the drop of blood. The drop should be placed in the center of the open zone on the absorbent pad.

  8. Test Procedure Fig.5 : Place the cassette on a flat surface and then add four drops of lysis bu er in the well. Read the result after 20 minutes from the time the buffer is dropped.

  9. Wait 20 minutes

  10. Positive résult POSITIVE: 3 purple stripes appears POSITIVE FOR OTHER SPECIES : 2 purple stripes appears

  11. Négative and not significant résults NEGATIVE : Only one stripe appears in the area C. NOT SIGNIFICANT : Absence of purple stripe in the control area C. The procedure was not correctly followed or the test was damaged. run the procedure again with a new device.
