  3. SigaWot • Cubed prime beef sautéed and simmered is a spicy sauce seasoned with spices and fresh herbs.

  4. AlchaWot • Curried beef stew cooked with exotic spices and peppers served with salad.

  5. Miser Alicha • Split lentils marinated in ginger, garlic, and olive oil, curry, and then cooked to perfection! Yellow curry powder

  6. Miser Wot • Split lentils with garlic onions, olive, oil and finished with hot sauce.

  7. Gomen • Fresh collard greens simmered in mild sauce seasoned with spice and herbs.

  8. Vegtable (Tiklgomen) • Fresh cabbage, potatoes, carrots, sautéed with garlic, ginger, and curry.
