Administration • One place to link Users and Company/Contacts • Split security for Budget Contracts, Commit Contracts, Funding Contracts, Purchase Orders (DW) • Security based on Contract Number • Security based on various document attributes (DB) • Ability to have changes to security templates propagate to users assigned to the template

  4. 2. Contracts and Change Management • Draw down contract type – Need to draw $$ down off of a Budget on a regular basis and act as a contract • Multiple Change Management workflows available per project (DW) • Add capability to “Force Account” work (Time and Materials)

  5. 3. Cost Worksheet • Ability to add computed fields (LM) • Availability of Actuals Invoiced and Actuals Paid

  6. 4. Invoicing • Ability to create a Spend Profile over time. (Forecasting expenditures over the life of the project) • Add line items to invoices (DW)

Submittals • When updating a submittal package add a cell for number of copies (LM) • Link Submittals and Drawings (DB) • Ability to pick which submittals or drawings you want to transmit (DB) • User notes for approvers on a review cycle with security attached so other viewers can/cannot see the notes.

  8. 6. Email • Ability to pick attachments to email • Ability to store email information (Subject, detail, attachments, date/time stamp)

  9. 7. User Defined Fields • Ability to have a Company/Contact drop down • Ability to have a computed field • Place UDF’s anywhere on the document

Technical • Bring back the Next and Previous from a document record (LM) • Ability to edit fields on the log (LM) • Make User Login available as a report parameter like :Master_key and :Project_name (RW) • Ability to specify a SharePoint site per project rather than globally • Longer field size for Project Title • Mobile device compatible • Batch Printing(DB)

  11. 9. Projects • Project hierarchy / Master project – Sub Project • “Change” document to move money between master project to sub project or sub project to sub project (DW)

Miscellaneous • Ability to clear BIC (or fix the Actions to work with multiple statuses) • Status dictionary per module • All DB level dictionaries move to the project level – including Spec Section, Equipment etc • Fix the material handling so it works with changes. Including a master material dictionary • RFI Email notification button rather than automated • Ability to assign a “proxy” contact for Action items when someone is on vacation or have left the company
