  2. Nicole Parsons of Newfoundland is a staunch advocate for the advancement of women in leadership. She is active and supportive of women leadership networks and has a deep understanding of unconscious bias as it pertains to gender equity. She joined Nalcor Energy in 2016 where she directed corporate services and uses her human resources qualifications to manage engagement, talent management, compensation, and corporate policies.   3. A Board Director Nicole Parsons is Board Director for the nonprofit, Choices for Youth. The organization works with at-risk youth throughout Labrador and Newfoundland. She joined Nalcor Energy in 2016 and built a career of more than two decades as a human resource specialist. Nicole lends her voice to advocacy efforts supporting women in leadership and gender equality. She leads through strong ethics and a mind for environments free of harassment.

  6. A PeopleSoft HRM Consultant Nicole Parsons is an HR practitioner who has built a solid reputation during her twenty- plus-year career. She grew up working in her family’s businesses, and that work ethic and understanding of business has carried over into her adult life. Nicole was a PeopleSoft HRM Consultant for five years at the beginning of her career.
