Nicole Parsons is a retired human resources practitioner who continues to work in her community as a voice for underserved, underrepresented populations. She believes in equality in the workplace and has been actively involved in supporting womenu2019s rights, womenu2019s health education and accuracy, and racism & discrimination. Nicole is the Board Director to Choices for Youth, supporting the nonprofitu2019s mission to work with at-risk youth in Labrador and Newfoundland.   2. Human Resource Professional Nicole Parsons uses her talents and experience to amplify the voice of women in leadership through strategic diversity initiatives. She has spent her career of more than twenty years working with managers to unravel unconscious bias and champion gender equity targets.

  3. Women Leadership Networks Nicole graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland, and she has built a career on her progressive approach to human resource management. With her spouse, Francois, she enjoys traveling and finding new ways to enjoy time with family.

  4. Oil & Gas Industry She believes in connection and uses her voices to champion the causes of underserved populations and promote workplace equality. Nicole has specialized in human resources for over twenty years, 12 of that in the Oil & Gas industry. She has been integral to important collective agreements and union negotiations.

  5. Avid Traveller She graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland with a co- op Bachelor of Commerce Honors Degree and Human Resources / Industrial Relations. She received her Harassment Investigation Level I & II, NL from Hill Advisory Services, and she attended the Strategic Financial Skills executive education courses through Southern Methodist University.

  6. Love's Animals Nicole Parsons has lived in Newfoundland throughout her life, and her career has allowed her to travel across Canada and to the United States, Ireland and other parts of Europe. She believes in connection and uses her voices to champion the causes of underserved populations and promote workplace equality.
