  3. EASYSHIPHow to use it to win more business. There are four types of Easyship configurations: Easyship Connect, Easyship Pro, Easyship Pro Plus and Easyship Enterprise Server. With the exception of Easyship Connect all Easyship configurations work basically the same. Easyship Connect is an inferior product and should not be offered to your clients. Easyship Pro & Easyship Pro Plus – Positives and Negatives • One application per user • Can not be networked shared. Easyship Enterprise is used for network server applications • Heavy Client – It uses a lot of the PC resources to run. • Can provide the Preferred Shipping Rates • Not dependant on an internet connection for shipment processing • Has a multitude of features, functions and reports • Can be customized and is very flexible • Additional Hardware available and thermal printer

EASYSHIPHow to use it to win more business • The objective is to offer a way to make your clients shipping experience more productive. • Thermal Printer • Using Batch shipment processing • Preferred Shipping Rates • ODBC connections & linking • Customized reporting • EEI filing direct with AES • Import Consignees • Import CI & EEI Inventories • Set-up box sizes • Set-up default & required fields • Auto Exporting • Auto Look-ups

  5. CORPORATE SHIP & WEBSHIPHow to use it to win more business. Corporate Ship and WebShip work together in tandem. Clients use WebShip to process their shipments and Corporate Ship to manage their WebShip Users. Think of Corporate Ship as the umbrella under witch all the WebShip logins consolidate. If your client has more than one WebShip user it’s recommended they be registered for Corporate Ship (You want the login and password). Corporate Ship & WebShip – Positives and Negatives • If using Corporate Ship a thermal printer can be used. • Corporate Ship adds a layer of extra features and reports not found in WebShip alone. • Can be customized • Allows a group address book • Is internet based and subject to time-outs and connection interrupt. • Cannot provide Preferred Shipping rates • Is limited in it’s flexibility

  6. CORPORATE SHIP & WEBSHIPHow to use it to win more business • Eliminates driver coding errors • Increases shipping productivity • If using a thermal printer it further improves productivity • EEI filings • Improves billing • Group address book • Peel-and-stick labels

  7. PROVIEW • Allows customers to track their shipments by shipment type. • Allows customers to track by specific account number. • Allows them to choose the way they are notified of an event. • They can select what events they wish to be notified on.

  8. PSCSHIP • Can provide the Preferred Shipping Rates. • Can process DHL, FedEx & UPS (Pending) Shipments. Both domestic & international. • Has a multitude of features, functions and reports. • Can be customized and is very flexible. • Thermal printer ready. • Administrative control similar to CorporateShip. • Address book imports available. • No EEI Filing, but has AES citation number field. (Internal Transaction Number “ITN”)

MERCURY GATE TMS • Can provide the Preferred Shipping Rates for LTL & FTL trucking services. • Can process all major carriers, schedule their pickups & create their BOLs. • Has a multitude of features, functions and reports. • Can be customized and is very flexible. • Address book imports available.
