Gradequick 201 Overview: Objectives: Generate customized gradebooks, and reports Utilize features to create rubrics, seating charts, and lesson plans Identify methods that Gradequick will be used as an administrative, communication, and instructional tool • This three hour session extends particpants usage and knowledge level of electronic gradebooks after taking Gradequick 101.

  3. Parking Lot • Take a post it note and write one question you have about Gradequick • Write your name and computer # on back of note • Stick it in the “Parking Lot”

  4. Agenda • This is a 3 hour session • No partial credit • No registration confirmation, no seat if session is full • Please silence cell phones and no calls • Plan to learn • Enjoy!!!!!!!

  5. Whole Group Discussion What are the advantages of using Gradequick? How can we use it to reach more parents?

  6. Guided/Independent Practice • Login in to your Edline account • Select a class and add several assignments and grades • Review the Online Tutorial in Help (Gradequick) • Much of this afternoon will provide review and practice opportunities

  7. Exploration https://www.edline.net/Index.page • Weighting grades • Changing fonts in the grade book • Score footnotes • Memos and quick notes • Grading symbols

Reports40 minutes • Customize information both printed and Edline reports for parents ---------remember to use the save configuration button to save changes • Generate a report for the entire semester (includes 1st nine week totals and 2nd nine week totals) • Generate a Student discipline report

Eval and Review Reports posted to Edli8ne with the same name will be overwritten Use of Gradequick and Edline is required and you must post assignments weekly to Edline Gradequick will time out after 60 minutes For questions use the online Help.
