MLC - Dashboard Process Flow v7.20.12 MLC Coordinator then publishes “WebDashboard” section of the file to the MLC website for member viewing by the 15th business day following the end of the month On the 2nd business day following the end of the month, the Dashboard file will be sent to the Key Area owners (Board and/or Committee members responsible for Dashboard Metrics) MLC Coordinator will consolidate the input from each owner and update the “data” and “WebDashboard” tabs ❸ ❶ ❹ MLC COORDINATOR START Key Area owners will calculate the month’s performance for their assigned metrics, document the results in the “data” section of the file and return by the 8th business following the end of the month ❷ DASHBOARD KEY AREA OWNWERS MLC Dashboard is available on the MLC Website with the previous month’s data ❺ MLC COMMUNITY END Dashboard Key Area owners are defined on the MLC Dashboard file and assigned per the Board of Directors 7.20.12 Revised step 2 changing the return by date from the 5th day to the 8th day. Revised step 4 changing the publish date from the 7th day to the 15th day.
