Register and login more easily to the Portal • Registration to the portal is easier and faster • Web-based registration has been simplified • All valid requests are approved within 3 hours • Selection rules for new passwords have been made easier, in line with standard practices • Special characters are no longer mandatory • Makes easier to select and remember passwords • Note: « Lost password » process is available at login page • ALL portal content is now password protected • Registration instructions are included in BusinessPartner section of the EMEA public portal • Helpdesk continues to be available at: • EMEA CSC ONE Number (prompt 4 , sub prompt 1 ) • cscbphd@avaya.com 4 1

Registration Help(Link on top left of any page) • For BPs: 2 step process: • Requires link ID to start • Request has to be approved by Country Administrator • For Avaya EMEA employees: • Only second step is needed • For A-T employees: • Request access first through • T.Munday for Sales • L.Cuvelier for Marketing • Help at cscbphd@avaya.com or EMEA CSC ONE Number (menu option , then ) 1 4

  12. Easily Change Your View • Collaborate more easily with your co-workers • Communicate better with your Avaya Channel associates • Find technical sales support

  13. Change Your Settings Any Time You Like • Click “My Settings” to change your default portal view.

  14. Change Your Time Zone Instantly • Find the current time in any Avaya time zone by clicking “Change” next to the date and time display. • Select a location from the list.

  15. Find Everything in One Place • Shortened content lists show “More” at the bottom. • Click “More” to instantly display all other available contents. • Choose which items appear above “More” by customizing your home page.

  16. Customise Your Home Page • At the top of any page, click “Customize” • Check the items you want to appear above “More” • Uncheck those to place below “More” • Click “Save Changes”

  17. Click to Find Corporate Content • Corporate content and links to newsletters and press releases are easily found in the top right corner of any page.

Find Useful Links on Every Page • The right column of the BusinessPartner Portal offers features on every single page. • “Quick Links” are important to your sales, and your relationship with Avaya. • “My Links” are 100% customised by you. • “Recently Viewed” takes you back to your most recent locations.

  19. Ask for Help Wherever You Are • If you require a response, you have to enter your email address on the web form. • “Provide Feedback” is monitored by the Avaya BusinessPartner Portal Team who will respond quickly until the matter is resolved.

  20. Share a Page with a Colleague Click “E-mail this link” on any page to share a link with anyone who has portal access – whether they work with you or for Avaya.

  21. Access Updates Right Away • The latest “Updates” are always on your home page. • Click the “Sales Events” tab to reveal more links. • Click “News Archive” when you need information that has aged off the home page.

  22. Access the Newest Promotions and Updates The “tout” area displays up to three different graphical messages, one at a time. Click any one to find out more.
