Blended learning is a combination of two modes of learning, that is, online and offline. • It is crucial that you blend these two modes of learning and NOT run in parallel. • The degree of blending depends on lecturer and students. Research has shown that blended learning • Improved students maturity in discussion and they gave more in-depth responses. • Encouraged reflection and deep learning. • Gave students courage to speak up in the forum. • Both students and lecturers have positive attitudes toward blended learning.
