Team CaptainRegistration as easy as 1-2-3 1 • Access the website at ShapeUpLife.com,search for your company name and click join • Complete your log-in id, including password, and profile. 2 • Create your new team name. The name can be changed. • Use the recruitment center to e-mail new team members, or post a paper invitation and sign-up sheet, and then select areas you would like to track (weight loss, exercise minutes and/or pedometer steps). Sign-up your team! 3 • Provide recruits with your Team Access Code so they can join your team

  3. Recruitment Center(applies to team captains only) Team captain can e-mail, use paper invitations, sign-up sheets and discussion boards to recruit new team members

  4. Dashboard page Dashboard for teams during and after competition Ask an expert a question about fitness or nutrition Create recurring plans Send quick messages out to others on your team or participants in the program Receive updates on your social networks

  5. Create an Action Plan Create an action plan for yourself or one to share with others. Use the platform to set text message or e-mail reminders.

  6. Ask An Expert Ask a nutritionist or exercise physiologist a question through e-mail. Responses can be just for you or shared with others by selecting the option.

  7. Build Your Calendar – Action Plans Once plans are created, use the calendar to manage events going on in your company or network.

  8. Create an On Line Profile Create a personal interest profile for yourself, including a picture, as well as, fitness interests and goals. You can set your security level to private or share if you change the status to public.

  9. Profile Searching Search the network for others who may share common interests or goals and have elected to share them publically. You can communicate with them directly through sending a message, or even send them a virtual high-five!

  10. Record your progress Set goals for your self and track your progress by day or by round (every 2 weeks). Use the calendar to locate the day and then just log your result (s) right in the spaces provided and depending on what you may be tracking.

  11. Progress Tracking View your progress, against the goals you have set for your self, where your team stands, and where others in your company may be.

  12. Team Competition – Company Standings See where all of the teams in your company may fall.

  13. Nutrition Tracking Track the calories you consume on a daily basis by building out a meal plan. Search the database for many brand name and generic food choices.
