COMPSTAT CRIME CONTROL STRATEGY MEETINGS • Precinct Commanders appear before several of the Executive Team. • Discuss crime problems within their precinct and solutions. • Use performance data on crime as point of discussion weekly crime complaints and arrests. • Crime and police activities are clustered together on a map geographically.

  5. Compstat reports serve as a database for precinct Commanders and Executives. • Cross unit coordination is planned if necessary – resource allocation of staff. • Follow up at the next meeting to hold Commanders and Officers accountable
