Conflict Analysis Solution • Management failed to address issue in advance to avoid internal struggles. • Tackle issue head on through open discourse and team-building activities.

Video Cultural Awareness • Video designed as a two part series: • Skit one enacts a scenario in which a culturally oblivious businesswoman is shunned for her ignorance towards language and local arts. • Skit two reveals the warmth a local South African will show to a foreigner who expresses interest in the heritage and culture of her surroundings. South African pride in its history, people, and traditions plays heavily in to its business persona and relationships.

  7. Lessons Learned • Scheduling is TOUGH! • Communicating between various cultural backgrounds needs to be addressed with caution and understanding. • Sometimes you need to help each other out. • In the end, remember to have fun!
