PROCESO DE CONVERSION DE MUNICIPIO A AUTONOMIA INDÍGENA LIDERIZADO POR LAS ORGANIZACIONES Avances en el Proceso Autonómico. • 3 y 4 de junio: Conformación de la Directiva de la Asamblea Autonómica Guaraní y un coordinador de las cuatro capitanías. • Junio: Elaboración de agenda de trabajo de la Asamblea Autonómica Guaraní y Lineamientos para la elaboración del Estatuto Autonómico. • Agosto: Elaboración de la propuesta de reglamento Interno de Debates y Funcionamiento. • 6 reuniones de socialización del proceso autonómico al área urbana de Charagua centro y Estación Charagua. • 30 de Noviembre de 2010, Acto de Posesión de los asambleístas. • 17 diciembre de 2010 Aprobación en grande y a detalle del Reglamento Interno de Funcionamiento y Debate de la Asamblea Autonómica Guaraní en Charagua.

OTBS DE MANERA DESCENTRALIZADA. • RESPETAR LA EQUIDAD DE GÉNERO, (50%mujeres y 50% varones). • DE ACUERDOA LAS INSTANCIA QUE SE CONCIDERE EN LA ESTRUCTURA DE GOBIERNO SE ESTABLECERA UN CONTROL ESPECIFICO. ASAMBLEA COMUNAL. CIUDADANOS CIUDADANAS. 3 PERSONAS POR CDDA. /CAPITAN COMUNAL/BASES. NO PROHIBE HACER EL CONTROL SOCIAL DE MANERA INDIVIDUAL
