  3. Detail at the Day I stand up at 6.45 o’clock. I have breakfast (Butter, milk, 3 slice white bread, egg, white cheese etc.) I come to school and walk the school door at 30 feet. I eat the meal (3 slice white bread, tomato soup, pilaf, chicken and banana etc.) After meal I play football . (1 hour , 94 calorie) I go tothe school buswith 70 feet. I eat the night meal (lentil soup, pilaf, mixed salad and apple etc.) I sleep.
