The venue • Micro Class World Championship will take place from August 14th to 22nd in Quiberon (Morbihan, France). • Organised by the • Société de Régates de St-Pierre Quiberon SRSP • (member of the Fédération Francaise de Voile), who organised several World and Continental Championships in the last 30 years, and the Ecole Nationale de Voile et des Sports Nautiques (National School of Sailing and Nautical Sports) 30/31 January 2010

  3. Bay of Quiberon • A sheltered bay , located on the east side of the peninsula, offer at any time good sailing conditions on quiet water. Overall surface of the sailing area is 10 000 hectares, which permit installation of a large olympic cercle, 2 to 3 nautical miles away from shore. • Main winds are from west when a depression is on the Atlantic coast; east winds occur when an anticyclone is centered on the Britannic Islands. • Weak stream in the range of 0,7 to 1 m/ sec cross the water ; Remarkable land and water marks help in establishing long races. Low deep water allow to design precise buoy journey. 30/31 January 2010

Program • Saturday, August 14th, from 02pm to 04pm: Measurement • Sunday 15th,from 10 am to 06 pm : Measurement • Monday 16th and Tuesday 17th August, from 10am to 06pm: Registration confirmation and Measurement. • Tuesday , August 02 pm : Practice RaceTuesday, August 17th at 07pm: Welcome event/Opening Ceremony • Wednesday 18th, Thursday 19th, Friday 20th and Saturday 21st August: Races • Thursday, August 19th at 08 30 pm: Crew dinnerSaturday, August 21st at 08pm: Prize Giving Ceremony 30/31 January 2010

Practical information/ENVSN • Ecole Nationale de Voile will provide facilities for • Craning boat(40 €) • Parking for trailers and cars (free) • Housing (100 beds) catering , restaurant and bar • Camping and Camping cars and caravan spaces (limited numbers) • Shower and toilets for campers 30/31 January 2010

  7. Housing information • Room booking, Camping and Camping Car spaces booking are managed by ENVSN • Room per night and person:21 €(including breakfast) • Camping and Camping Car7,5 € per day • Breakfast 4 € • Sandwich bag 8 € • Lunch 9,50 € 30/31 January 2010

  8. Practical informations • Port Haliguen • Moorings on berth for70 Micros (free) • Slipway and Craning (to be paid at harbour master) • No parking facilities for cars and trailors • Shuttle should be organized between Port Haliguen and ENV as road traffic is busy in summer period 30/31 January 2010

  9. Fees • Registration fees: 200 € per boat ( 300 € after June 15 th) • Each boat needs to have an ISAF plate : 50 € 30/31 January 2010
