  2. Pre-Rush Prep • Pasta gets stored under the Makeline in a Sauce Bucket! • Measure out 5.5oz of Noodles in a pressware container • Cover with foil and stack 2 high in a dough tray. • You can even measure out the chicken with the noodles.

  3. Other Prep • Cheese Sauce and Alfredo • Thaw out on Cheese Rack before use • Prepped in Easy Flow Squeeze bottles. • Stored in 1/9 hole at the end of the Makeline • Pressware stacked upside down by the screens • Prep Marinara Sauce ½ a bag per a mini sauce bucket.
