  3. Select Your Committee Click on the Committee workspace you wish to enter. To enter a committee workspace you must have permission for that specific committee.

  4. Logging In A log in box will appear. Type in your full login (xxx.xxx@afpmb.org) and then your password.

  5. Committee Workspace You have now entered your selected committee workspace. On this home page are various items that are of interest to you. Agenda’s for the next meeting are posted. Documents for the group are posted under Shared Documents. The committee ex officio is responsible for the maintenance of the workspace so if you have questions please contact them.

  6. Changing Your Settings Click on the down arrow in the upper right corner by your name. A drop down box will appear. Click on My Settings.

  7. Changing Your User Information This is the next screen which shows your user information. To edit your user information click on edit item.

  8. Updating User Information This screen will allow you to edit your user information. When finished click “ok” to return committee workspace or click on “user information” to return to the previous screen.

  9. Changing Your Alerts Alerts allow you to know if something has been added to the committee workspace that interests you. To add an alert click “Add Alert”.

  10. Types of Alerts Available This screen allows you to chose from what categories you wish to receive and alert. Select the category or categories you wish to receive an alert for and click “Next”.

  11. New Alert Settings This screen allows you to select several options for when to send you an alert. Once you have made you selections click “Ok”.

Your Alerts 3 2 1 2 • You will return to the Alerts main screen where you will now see what alerts you have selected. • If you want to modify the settings on a existing alert click on the “alert title” and it will open up the alert so you can modify it. • If you wish to delete the alert select it by clicking in the box and then click on “Delete Selected Alerts”. • To return to the committee workspace click on the committee name.

  13. Going to Another Committee Workspace To go to another committee click on “AFPMB Master Workspace” in the upper right hand corner.

  14. Signing Out Selecting “Sign Out” will sign you out of the Committee Workspace and close the internet connection.

  15. Questions • If you have questions regarding your committee workspace contact the committee ex officio. • If you need access to a committee workspace use the request access link on the lower right of the committee workspace main page.
