  2. Status • Authors received review comments based on version 02 • Thanks to Raj and Ahmad for the detailed review and valuable comments ! • 3rd revision published in July 2013 • 3GPP TR 23.839 about Broadband Forum (BBF) access inter-working refers to this draft

  3. Adopted changes • Clarification about policies applying on MN, mobility session or flow level • Previous versions received such comments; so far clarified mainly in message formatting sections • Now clarified throughout the document • Clarification on scope of the document • Setup of QoS policies between MAG (uplink) and LMA (downlink) • Optional extension for downlink enforcement (MAG and southbound) • No details, just informational appendix • Clarification: Flow-specific rules will overrule default rules • Removed 3GPP specific wording on different places (e.g. LTE, Policy and Charging Control / PCC, non-3GPP access) • Added missing QoS attribute in list of all specified attributes

  4. Other comments • References • Bearer concept and TFT for uplink • Communication of TLT to the MN for uplink. • Comment: Clarification needed why out of scope. Or specify.
