  2. History & Mission ______________________ • Mission statement To use our combined expertise to provide our clients with the most professional and complete service in our industry. To represent top quality companies in order to offer the best risk management tools available in the most cost effective manner. To grow at a rate of at least 50% annually over the next five years and 20% thereafter. To maintain 17% pre-tax profit. • Future As part of the overall plan other associations are in the works with Financial Institutions and professional organizations to expand our product and customer base. • Expansion By year end 2007 we shall open additional locations to better serve the tri-county area of South Florida.

Marketing strategy _____________________ • Mergers & Acquisitions To purchase good commercial books of business from reputable agents or agencies to develop and incorporate in our total service strategy. • Cross Selling We are well diversified with an even mix of employee benefits and P & C volume. Cross selling allow us to maximize revenue stream from each client, while still providing superior quality service. • PEO Take-out Integrate turnkey, full service Insurance & HR administration programs to maximize clients efficiency & lower administration expenses. • Professional organizations To associate with professionals such as lawyers, CPA’s & Financial Institutions in order to develop a steady referral base. • Advertising Direct mail marketing will be a continuous way to advise the S. Fla. Public of new programs available in the marketplace. Television & Radio promotions will be launched in the summer of 2006 to create brand awareness. • Service First The best way to market is to have happy customers. We will offer our clients with technological advanced tools for better and faster service. Our service first philosophy will be featured in all marketing materials.

Over 20 year of insurance experience in several different levels. Most recent CFO of a Coral Gables agency that grew 700% during 7 year tenure. Prior experience with Companies such as General Insurance Co., Universal Casualty. Also, 10 years as CFO & VP of Operations for an international retail organization (Roche Bobois). Areas of work include: financial, marketing, underwriting, organizational structure. • Zoraida Quintana Over 15 year of commercial agency experience. Responsibilities included, VIP, Middle Markets and Large accounts. Experienced managing underwriting departments to achieve maximum efficiency. Excellent, reputation among company underwriters.
