What is Enterprise Architecture? What are its benefits?

To ensure that Enterprise Architecture lifecycle management is successful, it's important to consider many different factors such as budget, timelines, and scalability. If budget and timelines are not taken into account in the enterprise architecture phase of a project then it's more likely that you will run into problems further down the line. Scalability is also important because if your requirements change over time then you want to be able to easily add new resources without having to tear everything down first.
