3. Monica Chin As a lawyer, I have focused my entire career on family law. Helping families through this process is my passion. I have extensive experience in both negotiation and litigation, and am a zealous advocate for my clients while recognizing the importance of avoiding unnecessary litigation. I pride myself on the lasting relationships I build with my clients and my ability to give practical and straight-forward advice. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Law from Washington State University, where I attended the honors college, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon. While in law school, I regularly competed in Moot Court competitions, winning first place and Best Brief in the Environmental Law Competition. I was also selected to compete at Harvard in the Animal Law Moot Court Competition. I was an Environmental and Natural Resources Fellow and was awarded the school's Public Service Award. I currently live in Seattle with my husband and two sons. In my free time, I enjoy cycling, traveling, and the occasional science fiction movie or novel.

She was drawn to family law because she enjoys being able to guide and advocate for her clients as they go through an often difficult and emotional time in their lives. Hanna is a great listener, a determined litigator, and an invaluable advocate for our clients. Michelle’s ability to connect with clients and understand their issues is unparalleled. Her favorite part of the job is developing personal relationships with our clients. She is an excellent communicator and a great listener. Michelle is a critical member of our team, we don’t know where we would be without her helping to support our clients through their case and into the next phase of their lives. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and watching her son play baseball on his traveling baseball team. Michelle holds a two-year degree in Business Management, a two-year Degree in Paralegal Studies, several Certifications, and is a member of NALA, a National Paralegal Association. Faith Williams Faith Williams is our Legal Assistant. She is passionate about serving her community through her work at Northwest Family Law, where she provides invaluable support to the whole team and our clients.

9. Faith is the first person clients talk to when they call, where she provides a professional and empathetic experience during some of the most difficult times in our clients’ lives. Faith strives to always uphold the firm’s top priority of client satisfaction with every client experience. Faith has a diverse background in administration and billing. For almost a decade she has worked in an office setting, learning and performing almost every position. From lead administrator to billing specialist, medical billing, and medical and legal reception. When she came to the legal field, she discovered she had a passion for the law and assisting clients through difficult transitions. Originally from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, she has done her fair share of traveling and has lived all over the country.
