Responding to the SWOT Analysis • We know our strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats…SO WHAT? • How can we: • Exploit our strengths? • Mitigate/adapt to our weaknesses? • Seize our opportunities? • Reduce our threats? • Try to identify actions that do all or most of the above, at the least cost, with the most results!
