  3. BACKGROUND • Childhood experiences associated with health and social behavior in later life. • Early and successful interventions can improve children’s health and reduce risk. • Few long-term studies on child’s health behaviors.

  4. AIMS • To understand the status and types of health lifestyle • To investigate children’s developments and changes of health lifestyle over time • To explore the determinants of participants’ healthy/unhealthy lifestyle • To describe children’s mental health

  11. METHODSSAMPLING • Stratified Sampling • School size • Large(400人)、Medium(200-399人 )、Small(50-199人) • Number of qualified school • Hsing-Chu :79(50 students per grade) • Taipei City :152 (50 students per grade) • Participants Recruitment Criteria
