(Recipe by Nutric Food Show) Ingredients Ingredients Steps to Cook Steps to Cook Bread loof (3pcs) 1.Take capsicum and tomato and finely chop them into thin pieces. Chopped Onion (100 gm) 2.Grate 100 gm mozzarella cheese. 3.Then finely chop some onion into thin pieces. Garlic Paste (1 tsp) 4.Cut three slices from bread loaf and roast them on a pan. Chicken breast boneless (200 gm) 5.Heat some olive oil in a pan and add onion in it. Tomato Paste (3tsp) 6.Add 1 tsp garlic paste in it and cook1 minute. Black Pepper (1/2tsp) 7.Add boneless chicken in it and cook until golden brown. Salt (1tsp) Oregano (1tsp) 8.Then add tomato paste, lemon juice, oregano, black pepper, chilli flakes and salt in it and mix. Chili flakes (1tsp) Chopped tomatoes (30 gm) 9.Add half vegetables and some mozzarella cheese in it and mix. Chopped Capsicum 10.Place this cooked mixture on toasted bread pieces. (50 gm) 11.Add remaining vegetables on it and garnish with grated mozzarella cheese and spring onion.
