Department of Homeland Security Acquisition Program Our Priorities • Provide the full range of acquisition support to 35 program offices within DHS including S&T, IAIP, ODP, CIS, US-Visit, and CIO • Create the Office Of Procurement Operations (OPO) • Acquire all information technology including telecommunications in the most effective and efficient manner consistent with the DHS mission and the CIO vision and priorities • Create Information Technology Acquisition Center (ITAC) • Provide the full range of acquisition support to all programs and mission activities through a unified “One DHS” program that involves and integrates the activities of TSA, CBP, ICE, FLETC, FEMA, SS, OPO and the USCG • Improve each of the eight programs • Create a unified DHS Acquisition Program • Establish “One Face to Industry” for DHS Acquisition Program • Ensure a world class grants management program at DHS that creates a “One DHS” program and includes all grant management components of DHS • Create a unified DHS Grants Program
