A report on Commercial Times 工商時報【記者詹子嫻╱台北報導】-- March 9 大學畢業季將至，華碩董事長施崇棠昨（9）日出席台大校園徵才博覽會，送給學弟妹三帖職場祕笈：一、永保熱忱與抱負；二、磨利專業的劍；三、成為T型人，具備專才及通才。他強調，「跨界創新」才是企業要的人才，鼓勵學生「追尋無與倫比」。 施崇棠說，他自台大畢業40年，現在已過了花甲之年，不勝唏噓，對於充滿熱情抱負的學弟妹即將踏出校門、走入職場，他要分享3個心得。首先，內心要持續充滿熱忱及抱負，許多人工作後開始與現實環境妥協，熱情與夢想消失，但真正的成功屬於不斷克服逆境、心中繼續燃燒夢想與熱情的人。 第二、就是不斷磨練手上的的劍。要精通一門學問，不要貪多，把一本好書讀通，不斷反芻，才能變成真正高手。 第三、成為T型人，T是一橫一豎，代表有廣度也有深度，也就是兼具專才與通才。 他進一步表示，過去Wintel時代很適合台灣中小企業發展，因為產品都是標準化，但Wintel時代已經過去，產業競爭變得全方位，產品要整合通訊、影像等，所以企業需要的人必須是跨領域的好手。

Another Report 國內人力銀行公布「職場A咖大調查」報告，結果在超過1,200位上班族心目中，第一名的A咖代表為名廚阿基師，打敗眾多知名企業家，包括第2名的台積電董事長張忠謀，第3名的鴻海董事長郭台銘，第4名的裕隆董事長嚴凱泰，以及第5名的王品集團董事長戴勝益。 根據訪談，上班族心目中職場A咖的定義以「可信賴、做事有品質」(53.71%)居冠，其次為「特定領域專家、專業度佳」(40.57%)與「人品好、態度佳」(26.86%)。 進一步瞭解受訪者，覺得職場A咖須具備的特質與條件，在複選的情形下，「專業能力強」(44%)成為上班族心中公認須要具備的條件第一名，其次為「效率佳」(34.86%)與「危機處理能力強」(31.43%)。另外，「能獨立作業」(28.57%)與「績效好」(23.44%)也是A咖必備條件之一。 1111人力銀行公關總監李大華表示，職場明星並非天生，是靠後天努力而來，像今(103)年調查排行第一的阿基師，曾苦當八年學徒，相較於其他產業大老，樸實努力且身段柔軟的形象，深植上班族心中，成為職場最佳借鏡。 李大華更認為，能登上職場A咖，都是在專業領域上不斷精進，因此上班族不管現在是職場小咖、B咖或Z咖，重要的是不斷培養專業能力與不可取代性，才能先從部門的職場可用之才，慢慢晉升到成為整個公司、職場擁有影響力的角色。 至於上班族自覺要如何成為職場A咖，以「培養人脈」(61.14%)、「跟對老闆或師傅」(53.71%)、「閱讀或參加進修課程」(39.43%)三種方法最多人選擇。不過，當前有近1成的上班族，悲觀表示自己永遠不會是A咖，而還未成為A咖的受訪者，也自認平均須在職場上花費5.4年，才能成為重要一角。 李大華建議，在時代環境丕變，商業及業績掛帥主導下，身處競爭激烈的職場中，「自我行銷」也是上班族成為職場A咖，不可忽視的必備要件之一，有必要適時的表現與展現企圖心，讓主管或上司了解自己的能力。 內容來源 : 卡優新聞網更新日期 : 2014/3/11 08:28
