Medical Recruitment Board (MRB) The Government of Tamil Nadu established the Medical Services Recruitment Board (TN MRB) through, The Health and Family Welfare Department on 02.01.2012, with the primary aim of quickly filling various positions within the Health and Family Welfare Department through direct recruitment, considering the significance and essential nature of these roles. Selection process: The selection process of MRB is similar to TRB : i) The Tamil language Eligibility Test (SSLC Standard), which will be a one-hour exam, is as follows: -Total marks: 50 marks -Minimum marks: 40% of the total marks. ii)Computer-Based Examination (CBT) or Written Examination in Optical Mark Reader (OMR), which is a 2-hour, single-paper, objective-type exam, The minimum qualifying marks are as follows: -SC/SC(A)/ST candidates: 30 marks -and for Other candidates: 35 marks.
