  4. Compound Sentences 3rd way put two independent clauses together with a semicolon, HABITFONTS (conjunctive adverb), and a comma Batman arrived just in time; therefore, he saved the day once again!

  5. Punctuation Connectors ; semicolon strong enough to hold two clauses together, used with two types of compound sentences , comma not strong enough to hold two clauses together, needs a coordinating conjunction to help it
