Superior Court (File # 09 CVS 5719 ) Ruled that is was NOT illegal to operate Sweepstakes Terminals, that offer “card games such as Pot-O-Gold types as well as Keno and 8 -liner games”!The order was signed by the Honorable Paul C Ridgeway.This allows us to offer Pot-O-Gold Sweepstakes terminals and systems like the one shown to proprietors in North Carolina.Allowing for a huge “new” profit center for the retail store!With NO cost to the proprietor. Just giving up a little floor space. Customers stay and play and also purchase more retail snack and beverage items

Our system incorporatesa state-of-the-art, full accounting system. • Our system gives full accounting reports which allows us the confidence of an accurate and dependable accounting system. • Tracking each machines ticket’s, wins, and securing the money in a bill acceptor cash register system that cannot be accessed, or manipulated by the cashier or player

The Remote Access Control (RAC) system for the terminals is mounted behind counter like another register. • The customer purchases a phone card in Five ($5) Dollar increments for as much as they want $5 $10 $15, $20… This allows the Player to play the sweepstakes terminal for free. • The Cashier puts the money in the bill acceptor mounted in the RAC system. Which credits the sweepstakes terminal allowing the customer to play the sweepstakes terminal. • When the customer is finished playing the sweepstakes terminal they press the print ticket for any sweepstake prizes they win. The ticket is printed out by the POS system behind the counter and the customer is paid in cash by the Cashier.
