Conclusion • Despite all of its efforts, the videogame industry still has to face the bad economy. • Total sales of videogame software and hardware are expected to rise 22% this year (as opposed to 43% from last year) • Sales are still increasing because compared to other holiday gifts, $50-$60 is fairly cheap for good entertainment for the whole family.
