  2. Pupil Count Reports – Class Lists • Participating Schools must complete 3 count reports: • September 1 Enrollment • September Count • January Count • All count reports are completed online.

  3. September 1 Enrollment Report • Due September 1 • Should include pupils that have enrolled in your school and have not withdrawn. • Must have valid application on file at school and submitted in Online Application System (OAS).

  4. 3rd Friday Count Report • Due October 1 • Should include pupils that were present for instruction on the 3rd Friday in September OR present a day before and a day after. • Students must not have enrolled in another school between absences. • Must have valid application on file at school and a submitted student application in OAS.

  5. 2nd Friday Count Report • Due February 1 • Should include pupils that were present for instruction on the 2nd Friday in January OR present a day before and a day after. • Students must not have enrolled in another school between absences. • Must have valid application on file at school and a submitted student application in OAS.

  6. Completing the Count Reports • Select the appropriate count report • Read through the instructions • Click Accept

  19. Problems? • Check spelling of name and birth date • Look for error message at the bottom of the screen • Log out, log in • Close browser and start over • Call DPI

  20. Remember… • School must have a completed, signed copy of a student application on file. • You may enter applications at any time but only submit to DPI after an enrollment period ends. • Notify parents/guardians of status in writing within 60 days.
