  9. 熱爐法則 (Hot-Stove Rule) • 熱爐法則 -- 實施懲處應針對行為而非個人 • 1. 立即性 (burns immediately) • 2. 預先警告 (gives a warning) • 3. 一致性 (consistently burns everyone who touches it) • 4. 不偏性 (burns everyone in the same manner)
