U.S.PROGOLFTOUR • Started in 2005, the U.S. Pro Golf Tour (USPGT) has rapidly developed into one of the most prestigious developmental golf tours in the US. • USPGT members are the sport’s talented young stars of the future, working hard and aspiring to achieve their dreams. Golf is their life, their business, their passion • The USPGT has been created to provide these up-and-coming professionals with top quality events and a chance to play for unprecedented prize purses. 2

U.S.PROGOLFTOUR • Beginning in the Summer of 2008, the newly revamped USPGT will offer its members and others a series of Championship events that will be staged at courses across the US (see schedule). • The purse for each tournament will be from $ 600,000 to $1 million with the winner collecting $120,000. Total Purse in 2008 is $4,220,000. • The USPGT has also established various bonus and award programs for 2008, for the Byron Nelson Award, Player of the Year and statistical performance. 3

  6. 9-HOLESHOOTOUT The top ten (10) finishers in each 54-hole tournament will earn no checks, instead they will qualify for the dramatic $500,000 “9-hole Shootout”. During the Shootout, all 10 players start out playing the first hole together. The player with the highest gross score on the hole is eliminated. In the case of a tie, a skills contest (a putt-off or chip-off) will be used to determine who proceeds. On each hole one player is eliminated until on the final hole just two players remain. The format is both dramatic and unpredictable, and ensures exciting viewing for the spectators and TV audience. This form of competition was utilized in the Tour’s first major Championship, The Trump Million Dollar Invitational Televised on ESPN in 2006. 54 Hole event purse is also $500,000.
