I am Maria Juarez, Director for the SBDC at UTPA. I was asked to present on Building a Dynamic Business Plan. The title is a good match for viewing the business plan. How many business owners do we have? How many of you are thinking of starting a business in the near future or far future. How many of you have written a business plan? For the next 30 minutes, my goal is to speak about the business plan. Most importantly, my goal is to sell you on the idea that a business plan is important for any business, whether a start-up or existing.Thank you all for the invitation to come.
