BOSS - BASIC COMPONENTS DECKS Fixed Deck Trapdoor Deck Deck can be erected to any rung of frame (with vertical spacing 500 mm) Simple windlock device prevents deck from lifting Platform is made of aluminium frame with reversible hard wearing 10mm thick combiboard with non-slip surface Large trapdoor for easy access to platform with self locking catch Maximum loading per a deck 1.8/2.5/3.2 m is 210/295/380 kg (UDL) or150 kg (concentraced load)

BOSS - ASSEMBLY Safety belts need not to be used when correct procedure of erection and dismantling is applied Possibility to lock castors Easy way to prevent decks from lifting using windlock device Frame locking clips and braces self locking claws with trigger action do not require manual locking Assembly is finished by fitting two rung span frames, horizontal handrail braces, toeboard clips and toeboards into proper positions. Easy fitting of toeboard holders and toeboards Platforms can be located at any desired height of tower (with step of 500 mm)

BOSS - STABILITY • Stabilisers, outriggers - ensure stability of towers with working platform higher than 4.3 m • Ballast - prevent from overturn of higher towers; only ballast of solid materials and blocking against displacement should be used • Without Ballast - in interior only for towers of heights up to 10.3 m when stabilisers MP16 are used • Tying - in cases when stability cannot be provided by stabilisers or ballast • - anchor tubes are connected by means of couplers to both frame verticals on both sides of tower- anchor pattern depends on particular application but with minimum anchor vertical spacing of 4 m

BOSS - SPECIAL APPLICATIONS LARGE PLATFORM AREAS By linking towers together with beam units, large platform areas can be erected using standard components • Beams are located onto the frame upright with locking claws for a fast, simple and safe assembly • Standard tower decks of any length can be used • Platform areas of any size can be built to desired heights • Infill panels are available to provide continuous working area without gaps

BOSS - SPECIAL APPLICATIONS Walk-Through Frames 1.0 m walkthrough guardrail frames (1450 towers) can be used to provide continuous access at top of working platform level 2 m Walk-through Frame Acts as a pavement frame for pedestrian access when towers are linked together in a continuous run Guardrail posts (850 towers) can be used to provide continuous access at top of working platform level Enables free access along platforms or at the ground level Used with master rung on a stairway tower to provide direct access to staircase
