  2. Needs Assessment: The students will be using Google search To find the word or phrases on the Internet Be familiar with search engine and dictionary. The recommended solution for filling the gap

  3. Instructional Goal: After completing the program the learners will be able to look up a word that they need to define. After the program the learner will be able to write down and explain the lookup word.

  4. Performance Objectives: After completing this training, learners will be able to: Using the Goggle search the learners will be able to find definitions of a word. Using the internet the learners will be able to log in and find the Google search engine. Using the definition found the learner will be able to write down the right definition .

  6. Learner Characteristics: My learners level range from 24-35 years old and their gender is both female and male co-workers and their ethnicity is Hispanictheir entry level varies. The learner do not a lot of the information that will be giving or shown but with this training they will be able to use the goals to be the best at finding information on the google. I just think having these people in the Google section where they will be able to find things that they were never able to find on the internet will be easier now with my training module.

  7. Learning Context: My training will take place at work in an office made space available just for the learners that need it will contain computers and office materials needed. The learners will have a computer to their own that they will be working with and they will have a binder with instructions of the project they will be doing. As I explain why my computer/web-based training would be the ideal format for your my learner it will help them be more able to identify on how to do more advanced searches that they need and the ways to use Google advanced search.

  8. Instructional Strategies: Introduction: I will provide similar suggestions to the ones found and used by Google search. It will give some information, As I introduce my instructional/ training problem which is that this session will require some internet users to cover all areas of the internet and on how the search engine. It will cover all the areas that the learner is going to need at the time. Presentation of content: I will clearly describe my the instructional/training problem or the advantage of the learner been able to use the search engine. There has been a need for the learner to be able to find the searches in the internet that they looking for as well as the use of the search engine that will be able to help

  9. Instructional Resources: I will have computers with Internet available for the learners also a binder that has the materials that they will need in order to follow there work. Assistance will be given as a step by step training needed to do the Google advanced search at the time of need. I will have computers in the lab where they will be able to use and they will be guided with a step by step instruction on how to use the search engine.

  10. Formative Evaluation: I willevaluate my design plan with small group evaluation because that way the learners can get assistance if they need it but if the group is small they will be able to get through the session without any problems at all. I will carry out just by giving them the assigned work from the binder and they will have to follow through till they finish and turn in the assignment.

  11. Summary In summary Assistance will be given as a step by step training needed to do the Google advanced search at the time of need. I will have computers in the lab where they will be able to use and they will be guided with a step by step instruction on how to use the search engine.
