  9. Excellence in EducationEvery Day Counts! Helpful Hints • Car pool lines are very long. If you have an assigned bus, it is best to use CMS transportation. PM line begins to form at 3:30pm. • When you need your child early for a doctor’s appointment, send a note in the AM to the office and your child will be waiting for you when you arrive. • Have your ID for early dismissals and make sure all potential “family helpers” are on your blue card. • Blue cards will come home on the first day along with the PTO pack – read this packet carefully as it contains lots of helpful info along with school fees.

  10. Excellence in EducationEvery Day Counts! Helpful Hints • We only do all-calls for classroom “deliveries” at 10:45am and 2:45pm. • If you bring lunch for your child, find out their lunch time as we ask you to deliver it to the cafeteria – you cannot bring food for other children. • Sign up (on the CHMS website under school resources) for the weekly Courier – it will keep you up-to-date on events. • Check teacher websites and student agendas as many of your classroom questions can be answered here. You can access all websites from the Faculty link on our CHMS page. • Questions and concerns – always start with the teacher. The grade level counselor, Ms. Babao (pronounced Buh Bow’) schedules conferences.
